Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role is preferable; however, freshers are also encouraged to apply
Practical exposure to vehicle workshops will be an additional advantage
Responsibilities & Context:
Job Description
Assist in routine and emergency repair activities at the designated workshop
Maintain close liaison with workshops, mechanics, and suppliers for timely vehicle servicing and repairs
Assist in the renewal of vehicle certificates and licenses (License, Tax Token, Fitness Certificate, Route Permit, etc.) from BRTA
Ensure all required documents of vehicles are up to date and maintained systematically
Maintain and update vehicle log books for all official vehicles, recording mileage, fuel consumption, servicing, and maintenance schedules
Provide logistical support for events, official visits, and transport arrangements
Coordinate with drivers regarding daily assignments, routes, and reporting requirements and support when required
