Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) , Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Deliver full range of VAT, tax & customs related services in compliance with laws and regulations within the time frame.
∎ Work with input tax credit, Turnover Tax, withholding tax, Retailer level VAT & VDS, AIT, CD and SD
∎ Ensure proper compliance as per VAT Act 2012 & ITO 1984.
∎ Preparation of VAT-4.3,6.1, 6.2, 6.6, 6.10
∎ Issuance of VAT-6.3,6.6, 6.7, 6.8
∎ Calculation of VDS & TDS etc. and depositing to the Bank through treasury Challan.
∎ Preparation and submission of VAT Return-9.1
∎ Ensure monthly proper TDS deduction from Suppliers.
∎ Providing TDS certificates deducted from suppliers.
∎ Preparation of monthly proper TDS, challan on various heads of Income Tax & Deposit so to the Govt. exchequer.
∎ Ensure periodic compliance of BIDA and RJSC
∎ Filling various returns like Corporate Tax Return, Salary and Withholding tax return.
∎ Keep the management up-to-date with all relevant changes in VAT regulations and their potential impact on the organization.
∎ Maintain all level of communication with the local Tax circle office, custom office, VAT commissioner, division office, circle office, custom intelligence office etc.
∎ Ensure tasks related with HS code, customs act, BIDA, RJSC etc.
∎ Other duties and responsibilities as entrusted by the management from time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 28 years
∎ Leadership skills are highly required specially team building, positive & problem solving attitude, and analytical ability.
∎ Sound knowledge in generally accepted audit standards.
∎ Good command in Bangla and English.
∎ Experience in VAT/Custom Duty/Income Tax
∎ Strong analytical and communication ability.
∎ Enjoy working in a vibrant and fast-paced environment
∎ Able to commence work immediately or within short notice
