Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervise a team of Packaging Machine Operators and Mechanics to execute the production plan.
∎ Responsible for daily management fundamentals to include organization of team meetings, development of action plans to improve key performance indicators, setting priorities, presentation of results, top down bottom up communications.
∎ Perform all work in accordance with company standards and established safety procedures.
∎ Know and understand all equipment in packing unit for the carton production for Bone China and Ceramic tableware packing.
∎ Manage all current and new customers packaging related requirements, special projects including development and implementation of new quality carton. Ensure proper labor, material equipment, facilities, systems, etc. are available. Operates machines within assigned area. This includes troubleshooting, cleanup, setup, quality control, and waste control, flows to work.
∎ Performs chemical cleaning within assigned area, both on daily turnaround and unplanned intervals.
∎ Escalates acute and chronic machine and organizational issues to Line Specialist and/or Lead as required.
∎ Trains peers and temporary workers on processes and machine operation within the department
∎ Accountable for keeping and maintaining assigned tools.
∎ Supports new initiatives when required by providing feedback, writing and training others on procedures, and adopting new tasks and documentation.
∎ Perform tasks to support other departments when directed.
∎ Works with team towards meeting Packaging/filling metrics to drive goals and sustainability of the teams, this to be done through resource alignment, planning ahead for changeovers, looking ahead to optimize the schedule, empowering the teams to drive communication and tight tracking of loss through each process order.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Previous packaging work experience preferred
∎ 1st Class Govt. boiler Operation license holder.
∎ Self-directed, able to keep oneself busy and the work of temporary associates on the line.
∎ Ability to learn system logic and operate HMI/control panels to teach products and fine tune equipment for minor and major adjustments.
∎ Ability to read and comprehend simple instruction, short correspondence, and memos.
∎ Have sound knowledge about NG Boiler, Incineration Boiler operation & maintenance.
∎ Ability to work hard and control Pressure.
∎ An open-minded approach towards learning new skills and sharpening existing skill sets.
∎ Good communication and interpersonal skill.
∎ Maximum Capacity to work under pressure.
