Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor Degree from any reputed design and art institute
∎ Academic Qualification
∎ Bachelor Degree from any reputed design and art institute
∎ Formal training on UX or HFI Certified CUA preferred. MBA in Marketing is an added advantage
∎ Should be fluent in using Sketch App, Figma, Invision, Adobe XD, and Adobe Creative Suite
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 6 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage UX and UI development and delivery of the digital assets of Banglalink and Manage digital asset development projects in agile scrum method
∎ Act as Product Manager for self-care platforms and work with commercial and Technology teams to successfully achieve the KPIs
∎ Making better decisions and recommendations to improve visual design-including layout, color, graphics, icons, and text choice
∎ Optimize interaction through appropriate controls and error and feedback design
∎ Survey the scope of usability issues to know the four factors that drive testing and identify the appropriate test and when to use it
∎ Conduct performance-based tests using paper and functioning prototypes, review advanced prototype testing to enhance precision to performance measures
∎ Ensure growth of the digital assets by ensuring CEx, User Journey Mapping, Customer Feedback Management, UAT and Feedback.
Additional Requirements:
∎ 2-6 years of relevant experience
∎ Required Capabilities
∎ In-depth understanding and experience of human centric design.
∎ Complete understanding in User centric analysis
∎ Thorough knowledge in effective app and web application design
∎ Knowledge to drive usability testing and design prototypes
