Job Context:
∎ KAEDE TRADING INC. is a Japanese used car exporting company based in Chiba, Japan.
∎ Job Location: House no. 477, Lane - 8, DOHS Baridhara, Dhaka - 1206, Bangladesh.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for sales and marketing of Japanese used cars to customers worldwide.
∎ Maintain and develop relationships with existing and potential customers.
∎ Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the sales process.
∎ Develop new business opportunities by identifying potential clients and markets.
∎ Meet and exceed sales targets and goals set by the company.
∎ Conduct market research to stay up to date with industry trends and competition.
∎ Collaborate with other departments within the company to ensure efficient and effective operations.
∎ Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Must have 2 years of experience in Japanese used car outbound sales
∎ Proven track record of successful sales experience in a Japanese used car export company
∎ Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
∎ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
∎ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
∎ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
∎ Fluent in English, both spoken and written. Knowledge of Japanese or any other foreign language is a plus.
Salary:
∎ Tk. 22000 - 26000 (Monthly)
∎ Negotiable as per experience.
Attractive commission structure (per car sales) along with monthly salary.
