Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Education in Computer Science or in a related technical field
∎ Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Unity3D including extensive knowledge of the Unity engine (editor, scripting, performance optimization, etc.)
∎ Advanced C# programming skills and the ability to write clean, maintainable, and scalable code
∎ Proven track record of developing and optimizing cross-platform applications (iOS, Android, etc.)
∎ Expertise in Unity's graphics pipeline, real-time rendering, and performance tuning
∎ Proficient in integrating custom iOS/Android plugins for native functionality within Unity applications
∎ Strong experience with version control systems like Git, including GitHub workflows
∎ Experience in leading a development team or mentoring junior developers
∎ Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and managing complex development cycles
∎ Fluent in English with excellent communication skills
∎ Passionate about sports technology, AI, and solving complex technical challenges
∎ A high level of self-motivation, responsibility, and a proactive approach to work

∎ Optimize performance, including frame rates and memory usage, for real-time applications on multiple platforms Integrate advanced AI algorithms and machine learning models to create seamless, data-driven applications
∎ Implement and maintain best practices for code quality, testing, and documentation, ensuring scalable and maintainable codebases
∎ Contribute to strategic product decisions, offering technical insight on how best to implement new features and AI-based functionality
∎ Provide technical leadership to the Unity development team, mentoring junior developers, and conducting code reviews
