Required Experience (Updated)
- 3+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design.
- An exceptional portfolio showcasing past work, specifically web application or dashboard designs.
- Expert proficiency in Figma (mastery of Auto-layout, Components, and Prototyping) and Adobe Creative Cloud.
- Understanding of basic HTML/CSS principles is a strong plus for effective collaboration with the development team.
- Proven experience creating and maintaining Design Systems (component libraries, style guides).
- Experience conducting usability testing or gathering and interpreting user feedback (qualitative/quantitative).
- Strong ability to design for data visualization within dashboards (charts, graphs, metrics).
Responsibilities & Context:
Key Responsibilities
- Create comprehensive wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and process flows.
- Design high-fidelity UI mockups specifically for complex web applications and data-rich dashboards.
- Collaborate directly with Frontend Developers to ensure design feasibility and smooth implementation, considering Next.js/Tailwind CSS constraints.
- Conduct layout and design adjustments based on user feedback and best practices.
