Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline preferably in Social Science.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare monthly and quarterly activity plan
∎ Support CHCP (Community Health Care Provider) for achieving their target activities
∎ Formation & reformation of CG, CSG, UH & FWC Management Committee and conduct regular meeting
∎ Conduct UP standing committee meeting and capacity building
∎ Facilitate various training/orientation/workshop for CG, CSG, UH & FWC committee and heath standing committee.
∎ Support for establish referral linkage among community to CC to UH & FWC or UHC
∎ Support for ensure quality service delivery by UH & FWC & CC.
∎ Supported CG, CSG, UH & FWC committee for fund raising with proper utilization and documentation
∎ Organize different health related national or international day celebrations.
∎ Liaison with GOB Health & Family Planning staff, UP body, CG, CSG, UH & FWC committee, stake holder and civil society members at local level
∎ Counseling adolescent on SRHR issues at UH & FWC
∎ Ensure Adolescent Friendly Health Services(AFHS) at UH & FWC
∎ Ensure safety net treatment support for poor pregnant mother, Sponsor Child, child under 5 and adolescent
∎ Reporting and documentation Case Story, Monthly & Quarterly quantitative and narrative report and submission in time
∎ Ensuring implementation of project activities through effective community mobilization,
∎ Comply with safe guarding policy for children and young peoples
∎ Consider gender equality in organizing every program or activity in the community
∎ Support for financial & logistic management
∎ Any other task will accomplish assign by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ At least 02 years Experiences on field work in any health project and working experiences in community clinic project or any MNCH/ SRHR project.
∎ Good communication skill.
∎ Computer skills in MS Office especially in MS Word, MS Excel and MS Power Point.
∎ Familiar with GOB health system.
∎ Should have the quality to ride motor bike and have valid driving license
∎ Willingness to work in remote areas
∎ Working experience with district level government departments, NGOs, different public and private service providers and building network/ linkage/collaboration.
∎ Self-motivated, proactive and quick starter.
Salary:
∎ Gross Taka 20,000.00 per month.
