Job Context:
∎ Partners in Health and Development (PHD) is a Bangladeshi development organization has been working in the public health sector over 32 years and currently implementing different projects in 21 districts. PHD intends to hire a Union Facilitator (UF) for a project relating to climate change Resilient Health Systems and Communities; A pathway to improved Sexual and Reproductive Health & Rights which is supposed to implement in Sunamganj District in support of UNFPA, funded by SIDA.
∎ Job objective: For effective implementation of the planned project activities at Union level and provide day to day support to the project team in achieving the proposed activities.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist to the Field Coordinator and work with her/him for implementation of Project activities successfully
∎ Support in implementation of community mobilization work effectively and efficiently.
∎ Close collaboration with union level GoB staffs and other stakeholders
∎ Arrange meeting/Session at community level
∎ Prepare and submit monthly report based on the data from field
∎ Support to organize street drama, folk songs, film show at Community level under the Upazila by engaging interactive theatre group and relevant actors to mobilize the community people on SRHR and GBV.
∎ Any other assignment given by the PHD Management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Good interpersonal skills and working in diverse teams.
∎ Good speaking and writing skills in both Bangla and English.
∎ Ability to work in demanding situation.
Salary: Tk. 35000 (Monthly)
