Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc), Bachelor of Fine Arts (B.F.A), Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Education background is considerable for experienced and qualified person.
∎ Skills Required - Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Bootstrap, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
∎ 2+ Years' experience in graphic, UI, or UX design with experience in web and mobile.
∎ Experience in UX Design with a Portfolio of UX-focused work samples for web and mobile applications.
∎ Familiarity with interaction design principles, techniques, and best practices.
∎ Self-motivated with good initiative.
∎ Excellent communication and presentation skills. Must be comfortable presenting your vision to clients as well as teams internal to the organization.
∎ Strong typography, UX/UI, and layout skills.

Job Context:
∎ We are looking for a UI/UX Designer role to focus on the user experience for our website, mobile app & other custom applications.
∎ The designer will be responsible for evolving our platform by creating unique, user-centric layouts, prototypes, and interactions.
∎ The ideal candidate will have strong design sense and a passion for creating a satisfying user experience, brand development, great attention to detail, and a good sense for time management.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plans, designs, conducts, and analyzes user-centered design research using a variety of qualitative and quantitative methodologies and tools, both in-person and remotely.
∎ Prepares and documents design recommendation using methods such as wireframes, storyboards, mockups, and flowcharts.
∎ Need to produce the highest quality of designs that accurately reflect visual design.
∎ Developing concepts, graphics, and layouts for product illustrations, company logos, websites & mobile app.
∎ Advance knowledge & minimum 2-3 years of practical experience in graphic software: Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator.
∎ Dynamic, energetic, hardworking, self-motivated with creative and innovative ideas.
∎ Generating graphical design & content for social media.
∎ Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy, and best practice.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Strong written and oral communication skills
∎ Must be extremely well organized, work well under pressure, and be a strong problem solver.
∎ You should be a highly creative professional with strong technical design and coding skills and the ability to take an idea from initial research through to final delivery.
∎ Up-to-date experience with international web protocols, standards, and technologies.
∎ Creative and open to new ideas.
∎ Ability to build what you design using HTML5/CSS/Bootstrap/JS is a definite plus.
∎ Up-to-date knowledge of design software including Illustrator & Photoshop.
