Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum Academic Qualification: Diploma/ Bachelor in any discipline
∎ Advance Diploma in Graphic Art/Fine Arts/relevant field will be given preference
∎ Skills Required: Adobe Photoshop illustrator, Adobe XD, Web Design Grid System
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
IT Enabled Service, Software Company, Telecommunication
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers
∎ Provide UI/UX input for specific web design and content projects
∎ Meet clients or account managers to discuss the business objectives and requirements of the job
∎ Develop design briefs (wire frames, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps) that suit the client's purpose
∎ Create original graphic designs (e.g. banners, brochure and print materials)
∎ Present finalized ideas and concepts to clients
∎ Proofread to produce accurate and high-quality work
∎ Maintain a systematic understanding of cutting-edge web design and advertising trends
∎ Keep track of the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies
∎ Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors and images
∎ Work closely with programming team to execute the creative strategy for projects

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ 2+ experience in Software Company, Telecommunication, IT Enabled Service will be given preference.
∎ Must have portfolio with links.
∎ Must have good knowledge in Web Design Grid System.
∎ Solid experience in creating wire frames, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps.
∎ Solid grasp of Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe XD & other online design tools are needed.
∎ Excellent attention to detail and pixel perfect design.
∎ Must have creative intelligence to produce new ideas and concepts, thinking creatively to produce new ideas and concepts.
∎ Should be familiar with strong Typography sense, Visual hierarchy and Whitespace knowledge.
∎ Should be familiar with modern design trends with strong color sense.
∎ Must be able to work as part of a team and also on his/her own, taking responsibility for organizing his/her work within the production schedule and meeting deadlines.
∎ Versatile and multifaceted - open to learn new skills and improve existing skills.
∎ Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
Salary: Negotiable
