We’re looking for a talented, user-focused UI/UX Designer to join our product team. You’ll help create seamless user experiences for our software products — from MVP to launch and beyond. You’ll work closely with product managers, developers, and researchers to turn insights and ideas into intuitive, accessible, and visually engaging designs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct user research and turn insights into user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and polished UI designs.
• Design and maintain design systems and reusable UI libraries.
• Collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure designs meet business and technical requirements.
• Apply HCI principles to ensure usability, accessibility, and responsive design.
• Rapidly prototype and test ideas, iterating based on feedback and user data.
• Present design decisions clearly through visuals and documentation.
• Support MVP development with quick design iterations.

• Strong skills in Figma (design, prototyping, design systems).
• Experience with user research and usability testing.
• Good understanding of HCI principles and accessibility.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Must have an online portfolio (Behance, Dribbble, or personal site).
• Bonus: Familiarity with front-end basics (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and Agile/Scrum teams.
