Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Primary Responsibility:
∎ UI/UX Development: Design mockups and wireframes for visually appealing user-friendly, domain-specific considering user segment user interfaces using HTML, CSS and JavaScript according to BRS. Conduct usability tests and gather feedback to iterate and improve the interface and easy user journey comparing industry practices.
∎ Follow defined design polices, design principles and maintain product branding.
∎ Front-End Development: Write clean, efficient, and scalable code to implement user interfaces and functional interactive elements. Ensure cross-browser and cross-device compatibility and optimize the front-end code for improved performance.
∎ Responsive Design: Ensure that the user interface is responsive and adapts seamlessly to different screen sizes, resolutions, and devices, providing a consistent experience across platforms.
∎ Web Application Architecture: Contribute to the architectural design and technical decisions related to front-end development, including the selection of appropriate frameworks, libraries, and tools.
∎ Maintain well-designed, testable, clean, and efficient code using cutting edge technologies by understanding code smells and following design principles and defined coding conventions.
∎ SASS Compilation and CSS Minification: Handle SASS compilation, converting SASS code into CSS, and CSS minification, optimizing file size by removing unnecessary characters to improve code quality, enhancing website performance, and delivering optimal user experiences.
∎ Bundling and Assets Management: Bundle CSS and JavaScript files to reduce requests and optimize page load times. Manage assets like images, icons, and fonts, optimizing them for performance.
∎ Fix system issues according to business rules to confirm smooth client operation.
∎ Maintain task records, prepare reports, and compose correspondence relative to work.
∎ Collaborate with Business Team, DevOps, Quality Assurance to ensure smooth and quality delivery.
∎ Must be a Dynamic Team Member who is ready to take on challenges. Must be strict to meet a deadline.
∎ Secondary Responsibility:
∎ Provide technical support for branch operation issues.
∎ Provide support or training to support teams.
∎ Provide support or training to branch users.
∎ Any task assigned by the supervisor and head of IT.
∎ Field Visit as per organization policy or when necessary.
