∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc), Diploma in Engineering
∎ Skills Required: Adobe Photoshop/ Illustrator, jQuery/PrototypeJs, Prototyping, UIUX Design, Wireframe
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
HCI, Prototyping, UI Design, UIUX Design, Web Design, Wireframe
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Advertising Ageny, IT Enabled Service, Software Company, Web Media/Blog
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Drive the User Experience by translating requirements into defined User Interface (UI) specifications
∎ Develop appropriate design documentation throughout the product lifecycle, including UX strategy documents, mockups, user interface prototypes, user interface specifications, site maps, flow diagrams, wireframes, and usability findings reports
∎ Influence product strategy and direction by collaborating with Product Management, Sales and Research and Development
∎ Define best practices and standardizing guidelines and processes and mentor developers in these practices
∎ Evaluate competitive landscape and new UI technology
∎ Create innovative UI solutions to solve complex interaction issues
∎ Able to solve both strategic and tactical UI issues
∎ Iterate, based on frequent user feedback, the conceptual designs into detailed designs
∎ Collaborate with multiple functional areas to ensure the integrity of the design and the translation of the design into a usable product
∎ Other duties as assigned.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum of 5 years working in the areas of Interaction Design, HCI (Human Computer Interaction), or similar; and/or 5+ years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
∎ Experience in Interaction Design, Usability Engineering or UI Design
∎ Exceptional visual and user interface design skills, including a solid understanding of user-centered design principles
∎ Experience with industry-standard tools for generating UI prototypes, UI specifications, flow diagrams and wireframes
∎ Knowledge and solid experience in application design and development of both Windows and Web-based applications
∎ Proven ability to apply rapid iterative design and innovation team methodologies in a small team environment in order to rapidly iterate new product concepts based on user feedback sessions
∎ Ability to multi-task and work closely with team members to meet demanding deadlines
