Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Diploma or Hon's in Hospitality & Tourism Management can be preferable.
∎ Skills Required: Customer Service, Sales & Marketing
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Travel Agency, Travel Agent, Travels and tourism, Work as a travel agency or relevant work
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Answering phones professionally, courteously and promptly.
∎ Discussing client's requirements and provide advice on worldwide destinations and flights.
∎ Managing relationships with travel agencies.
∎ Deal with disciplinary matters and customer complaints.
∎ Diagnose the clients' specifications and wishes and suggest suitable travel packages or services.
∎ Research various destinations and means of travel regarding prices, customs, weather conditions, reviews etc.
∎ Supply travelers with pertinent information and useful travel/holiday material (guides, maps, event programs etc).
∎ Create and update electronic records of clients.
∎ Regular follow-up with existing / potential clients.
∎ Prepare report as required by management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Ideally you must have experience of proven sales background. GDS experience would also be an advantage. You need to have exceptional customer service skills, be driven by your passion for travel and motivated to meet and exceed your targets.
