Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must be able to provide flight information and quotation to customers efficiently and quickly
∎ Must be able to book, issue, re-issue, cancel, refund on GDS
∎ Must have extensive knowledge on Airline ticketing policies and know how to avoid ADMs
∎ Excellent knowledge on Galileo and Amadeus
∎ Dealing with customer queries and complaints
∎ Promoting and marketing the business
∎ Have fair knowledge on Digital marketing tools & Microsoft Office to carry out own responsibilities.
∎ Have experience in corporate sales
