Experience:

• 3 to 5 years

• Graduation/Master’s degree from any department or related to the respective training.

• 3 to 5 years

• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Relevant Sector/Trades .

• Clear Understanding of the relevant work.

• Clear understanding of -Tourism and Hospitality sector, Bangladesh Technical Education Board (BTEB), National Skill Development Authority (NSDA) and National Training and Vocational Qualifications Framework (NTVQF) method.

• 02(Two) Years experiences as trainer/ lecturer or, BTEB NTVQF Level-1/ Level-2/ Level-3/ Level-4 (Assessor Part) in Tour Guide/ Front Desk Operation / Food & Beverage (F&B) Service/ Food & Beverage Production (Cooking)/ Housekeeping.Security Guard / Electrical Installation and Maintainence

• Developing training module and good facilitation skills in training.

• Proven management and leadership ability.

• Decision-making and conflict-resolution skills, Competent in using MS Word, MS Excel, and PowerPoint presentation.

• Ability to work under stressful conditions and adapt to local culture and situation.

Academy of Information Technology (AIT) is one of the most effective and job oriented training institutions based on Cox’s Bazar. It has been providing skills based training on almost 30 different trades/Courses since 2012. Meanwhile AIT has provided training on different trades and Vocations at least for 15000 youths who are doing jobs and business in Home and abroad.

AIT is affiliated with   Bangladesh Technical Education Board (BTEB), National Skill Development Authority (NSDA) and follow National Training and Vocational Qualifications Framework (NTVQF) method.

Meanwhile AIT has implemented around 30 projects supported by different UN Agencies, International & National Donors and partners.

Responsibilities:

• Curriculum, modules, schedule, development, and contextualization for better understanding of participants and meet up project objectives Materials development for the conducting training.

• The Trainer will coordinate with the project team, AIT management to share training updates. S/he will have to prepare reports and submit them to Project Manager timely. 

• Take full responsibility for the quality implementation of the training.

• Develop and implement a work plan of Training.

• Strong documentation both hard and soft copies to monitor the progress.
