Job Responsibilities:
∎ Designing and developing training in close collaboration with Managers, Team Leaders and subject matter experts from the client's team.
∎ Collaborate with the department heads to identify training needs.
∎ Creating learning experiences that engage learners to achieve and demonstrate learning outcomes.
∎ Implementing technology enabled innovations to support blended and digital learning.
∎ Collating feedback on completed training to evaluate and measure results and make improvements where required.
∎ Schedule and facilitate appropriate training sessions.
∎ Maintaining a database of all training materials.
