Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Arts (BA) in English
∎ O/A level and ELT certification will be an advantage.
Experience Requirements:

Teaching/ Training
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conduct IELTS, English Spoken and Writing Class as per the Course Curriculum.
∎ Conducting daily individual practice session for the students, Group spoken Practice, Group Debate, situational spoken capability testing giving specific situational cases etc.
∎ Conducting daily writing practice session for the students, checking home assignments, ensuring each student gets sufficient time for practicing writing in every class.
∎ Ensuring each student gets sufficient time for speaking in every class.
∎ Ensuring IELTS class conduction as per course plan.
∎ Conduction of IELTS mock test.
∎ Measuring daily, weekly and monthly assessment of student progress.
∎ Grading students in terms of spoken ability in cardinal order at the end of each session
∎ Ensure students are performing their home assignments
∎ Ensuring vocabulary practice for students (targeting specifically Hospitality and Tourism sector) vocabulary games during class hour.
∎ Use of Dictionary while taking classes
∎ Ensuring the lesson plan and class mechanism is easy and interesting enough and can be conceivable by the students.
∎ Conduction of seminar on IELTS, English Spoken and Writing.
∎ Helping institution in write up of different contents related to skills development and events happening in the institution.
Additional Requirements:
∎ IELTS certification will get preference
∎ For IELTS Training, Band Score 7.0 is preferable
∎ Outstanding English spoken and writing capability
