∎ Age at least 18 years

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Make mechanical adjustments, timing & necessary troubleshooting in factory equipment and machineries operating program, and schedule maintenance.
∎ Responsible to oversee mechanical issues on single needle, double needle, overlook, Kansai, feed of the arm, APW, automatic belt loop setter, automatic back pocket setter, automatic back pocket (decorative), leather patch level setter, bottom hemming, eye-let hole, buttonhole, button stitch, flat semer machine, barrack, heat seal and programable pattern sewing machines.
∎ Maintain machine layout setting with floor PM.
∎ To list out and maintain required spare parts for equipment and machinery.
∎ Coordinate sewing machine maintenance section for machine distribution, inventory, spare parts issue, sewing needle, machine oil, etc.
∎ Coordinate with the Purchase Department and other relevant entities to ensure production processes run smoothly.
