Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Planning, implementing and monitoring Retail Sales Operation within the assigned territory.
∎ Regular sales reporting (Weekly and Monthly) to Area Manager.
∎ Planning and monitoring distribution management and inventory management.
∎ Regular shop visit and monitoring shop performance.
∎ Prepare sales target/ budget for the entire district.
∎ Monitors and takes short and long term measures to keep receivables at desired level.
∎ Analyzing and solving territory's operational issues.
∎ Ensuring proper customer service from Branch Managers.
∎ Training and development of Shop Staffs on entire shop operation and product knowledge.
∎ Must take the overall responsibility and be accountable for the total operation of the assigned territory.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 32 years
∎ Good command in English is a must
∎ High proficiency in Microsoft Office and advance excel
∎ Self motivated and able to work under pressure
∎ Accessible approach to other
∎ Result oriented
∎ Work in a team
∎ Need to Travel all over Bangladesh.
