Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Provide effective leadership and guidance to Branch Managers, ensuring that they have the necessary resources, training, and support to achieve their targets.
∎ Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and maximize profitability within the assigned territory.
∎ Monitor sales performance at the territory level, analyze market trends and identify growth opportunities.
∎ Monitor and manage expenses to ensure that they are within budget.
∎ Ensure that all operational processes and procedures are adhered to, including credit management, inventory management, merchandising, and customer service.
∎ Supervise and take short and long-term measures to keep receivables at the desired level.
∎ Analyze and solve the territory's operational and administrative issues.
∎ Develop and maintain strong relationships with local key stakeholders.
∎ Collaborate with other departments, including marketing, finance, after-sales service, supply chain, credit and human resources, to support the overall growth and success of our company.
∎ The Trainee District Manager will oversee the overall performance of our retail operations in the assigned territory, ensure that sales targets are met, and provide effective leadership to Branch Managers.
