Job Responsibilities:
∎ planning, implementing and monitoring retail sales operations within the assigned territory.
∎ Regular sales reporting (Weekly and Monthly) to the Area Manager.
∎ Plan and monitor distribution management and inventory management.
∎ Regular shop visits and monitor shop performance.
∎ Prepare sales targets/budgets for the entire district.
∎ Monitor and take short and long-term measures to keep receivables at the desired level.
∎ Analyzing and solving the territory's operational issues.
∎ Ensure proper customer service from Branch Managers.
∎ Training and development of shop staff over entire shop operation and product knowledge.
∎ Must take overall responsibility and be accountable for the total operation of the assigned territory.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 32 years
∎ Good command of English
∎ High proficiency in Microsoft Office and advanced excel
∎ Self-motivated and able to work under pressure
∎ Accessible approach to other
∎ Result oriented
∎ Team Player
∎ Ready to Travel all over Bangladesh.
