Additional Requirements:

Good customer-handling and convincing abilities.

Familiarity with Facebook, WhatsApp, and online communication platforms.
Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a team.
Ability to work toward sales targets.
Knowledge of domestic and international travel destinations is an advantage.
Responsibilities & Context:
Consult with customers regarding domestic and international tour packages.
Explain tour itineraries, hotel accommodations, transportation, visa requirements, and package pricing.
Prepare customized tour packages based on customers’ budgets and preferences.
Handle customer inquiries through phone calls, Facebook, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
Generate sales leads and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
Follow up with potential customers to achieve sales targets.
Maintain customer records and booking information.
Build positive relationships with clients and provide excellent customer service.
Stay updated on travel destinations, tour packages, and tourism trends.
