Job Context:
∎ MUST HAVE TO BE GOOD ENOUGH IN HOSPITALITY
∎ STRONG VERBAL COMMUNICATION
∎ 3 MONTH INTERNSHIP PROCESS
∎ MINIMUM 2 REFERENCE ALONG WITH NID CARD
∎ WEEKLY HOLIDAYS : FRIDAY

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Handling international tour packages, hotel bookings, and making international tour itineraries and costing.
∎ Interacting with walk-in/telephone/online clients for their all-international travel requirements.
∎ Designing and Preparing Itineraries for international holiday packages for customers.
∎ A customer-driven, positive attitude with a proven passion for delivering outstanding service.
∎ Must have a solid knowledge of International Tourist attractions, Travel Packages.
∎ Maintain excellent relationships with suppliers and service providers to get the best deals and thereby increase the revenue on the files handled.
∎ Sound knowledge in visa processing for the countries, India, Thailand, Singapore, Malaysia, China, Indonesia, Mauritius, Maldives Seychelles, Philippines, etc., and the countries of the First World Good liaison with the Embassies and authorized visa processing agents Conduct local and global immigration seminars whenever and wherever needed both inside and outside Dhaka.
∎ Participate in video shoots and live sessions, arranged by the marketing wing, whenever necessary.
∎ Create and support the organization in building and maintaining a professional network within the hoteliers, suppliers, transporters within Bangladesh
∎ Suggest suitable tour packages according to client's specifications and wishes.
∎ Have to find out all embassies visa requirement and delivery to customer
∎ Visa Form fill up and file ready
∎ Report to supervisor
∎ Keep the company and customers up to date with any travel related information.

∎ Age at least 20 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ EXPERIENCED/SKILLED CANDIDATES WILL GET HIGH PRIORITY.

Salary: Negotiable
