Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Excellent knowledge in Airline Reservation - Booking of airlines through Amadeus, Galileo & Saber GDS/VRS system, preparation of Itineraries, refund, reissue, fare calculation etc.
∎ Excellent knowledge in IATA and BSP Payment process.
∎ Good experience in Umrah Hajj, Hotel Bookings, Preparing Holiday Packages & Visa related services.
∎ Have updated knowledge & experience about VISA application process.
∎ Keep up to date information about airline rules & policies and ADM policies.
∎ Experience in web based airlines reservation systems.
∎ Updating and recording all client information on the database.
∎ Designing cost-effective travel packages that suit client needs and budgets.
∎ Explaining flight, transportation, and accommodation options to clients.
∎ Negotiating the best rates with hotels, rental companies, tour guides, and restaurants.
∎ Good command on email correspondence and writing/speaking in English.
Additional Requirements:
∎ 5 years working experience in reputed travel agency.
∎ Training on travel and tourism.
∎ Experienced on Visa Consultant, worldwide Immigration, Visit & migration visa process.
Salary: Negotiable
