∎ 4 to 6 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must Maintain the office time.
∎ Respond to customer queries quickly for Fare search, Fare quote, Booking, Issuing, Re-issue, Cancellation, Void, Refund, EMD
∎ Must remain updated on Airline/Travel notices and circulars and update the reservation team, sales team, account and others accordingly
∎ Must follow the airlines terms and conditions and AMD policies.
∎ Maintain the group package, group ticket.
∎ Must follow the Email.
∎ Respond customer phone calls.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Amadeus, Galileo,Sabre
∎ The applicants should have following business area(s):Travel Agent
∎ Sound knowledge of Hajj, umrah, tourist
∎ Good at fluent in speaking English and also writing
