Job Responsibilities:
∎ Developing Comprehensive Test Strategies: Prepare and implement software test plans, test designs, test objectives, test cases, and test reports to verify the functionality and performance of software applications.
∎ Issue Investigation and Categorization: Investigate all reported issues, thoroughly analyzing and categorizing them to facilitate efficient resolution.
∎ Technical Support: Respond to all technical support inquiries related to the functions and operation of the software applications, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
∎ Quality Control Adherence: Follow industry-standard Quality Control processes to maintain high-quality software deliverables.
∎ Non-functional Requirements Extraction: Demonstrate the ability to extract non-functional requirements from project specifications, contributing to a comprehensive understanding of software expectations.
∎ SDLC and STLC Expertise: Apply knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) in an Agile environment to drive quality assurance and software testing efforts.
∎ Problem-solving Skills: Exhibit strong problem-solving skills to identify and resolve software issues efficiently.
∎ Effective Communication: Maintain strong communication skills, collaborating with key stakeholders to ensure a clear understanding and correct implementation of the Quality Assurance vision.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 23 years
∎ Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in software quality assurance.
∎ Proficiency in the following areas: Selenium, Cypress, Playwright and Appium
∎ Extensive experience in manual testing.
∎ Sound knowledge of test management tools, such as TestNG, Mocha, JUnit, and Pytest.
∎ Strong programming skills in languages like Python, JavaScript, and Java.
∎ Experience with API Automation frameworks like Rest-assured and Karate.
∎ Basic understanding of CI/CD (Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment) implementation.
∎ Familiarity with web technologies, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
∎ Clear comprehension of API testing principles and methodologies.
