∎ Bachelor/Honors
∎ Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/Marketing or any relevant discipline. MBA will be considered as an added advantage.

Requirements:

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 30 years
∎ Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in mobile phone sales or FMCG electronics.
∎ Experience in handling territories independently will be preferred.
∎ Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
∎ Sound knowledge of mobile phone market dynamics in Bangladesh.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and in a target-driven environment.
∎ Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).Willing to travel extensively within the territory.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for the assigned territory.
∎ Develop and manage a strong distribution network (retailers & dealers).
∎ Ensure product availability, visibility, and market share growth.
∎ Build strong relationships with trade partners and ensure dealer loyalty.
∎ Monitor competitor activities and suggest strategic actions.
∎ Execute trade marketing & promotional campaigns effectively.
∎ Supervise and guide the territory sales team (Sales Representatives / Promoters).
∎ Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for sales performance and market updates.
∎ Location: Multiple Territories across Bangladesh
