Experience:

• Bachelor of Science (Pass)
• Bachelor of Arts (Pass)
• Bachelor of Social Science (BSS)

• Bachelor/Master’s in Business Administration or a relevant field.
• MBA in Marketing is highly preferred.

• 4 to 5 years

• Age 25 to 35 years
• Only Male

• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Excellent knowledge of the mobile handset market in Bangladesh.
• Target-oriented and able to work in a competitive, field-based environment.
• Proficient in MS Office tools and reporting systems.
• Willing to travel extensively within assigned areas.
• Minimum 4–6 years of experience in mobile phone/FMCG/electronics sales.
• At least 2 years in a managerial role supervising a sales team.
• Proven track record in managing large sales territories.

Location: Dhaka, Mymensing, Cumilla, Chattogram, Barishal, Rajshahi,Rangpur, Khulna, Sylhet

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute area-wise sales strategies to achieve targets.

• Lead and supervise a team of Territory Sales Managers, Sales Officers, and Promoters.

• Expand and strengthen the dealer & retailer network across the area.

• Ensure effective market coverage and territory management.

• Monitor sell-in/sell-out performance and ensure product availability.

• Analyze market trends and competitors’ activities; take necessary strategic steps.

• Implement trade promotions, new product launches, and brand visibility initiatives.

• Conduct regular field visits to ensure market discipline and team performance.

• Prepare and submit weekly/monthly area performance reports to the Head of Sales.
