- Minimum 6–10 years of experience in mobile handset or FMCG sales.
- At least 3 years in a senior managerial role with regional responsibility.
- Experience in managing a multi-district/regional team is essential.
- Strong leadership, strategic planning, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent understanding of the Bangladesh mobile phone market and retail landscape.
- Ability to manage large teams and drive performance through KPIs.
- Strong analytical, presentation, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and digital reporting tools.
- Must be willing to travel frequently within the region.
Responsibilities & Context: Location: Dhaka, Chattogram, Rajshahi,, Khulna, Sylhet
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans for the entire region to meet revenue and growth targets.
- Lead, mentor, and monitor a team of Area Sales Managers (ASM), Territory Sales Managers (TSM), and field sales staff.
- Build and maintain a strong distributor and retail network across all districts within the region.
- Monitor regional sales performance, market trends, and competitor activity; take corrective actions as needed.
- Ensure proper execution of marketing campaigns, trade promotions, and new product rollouts.
- Coordinate with supply chain, trade marketing, and finance departments to support sales operations.
- Conduct periodic market visits, distributor meetings, and sales reviews to ensure high performance.
- Prepare and present regional business reports to the National Sales Head / Head of Sales.
