Education:

  • Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any relevant discipline.
  • MBA in Marketing will be an added advantage.

  • Minimum 6–10 years of experience in mobile handset or FMCG sales.
  • At least 3 years in a senior managerial role with regional responsibility.
  • Experience in managing a multi-district/regional team is essential.
  • Strong leadership, strategic planning, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent understanding of the Bangladesh mobile phone market and retail landscape.
  • Ability to manage large teams and drive performance through KPIs.
  • Strong analytical, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and digital reporting tools.
  • Must be willing to travel frequently within the region.


Responsibilities & Context:

Location: Dhaka, Chattogram, Rajshahi,, Khulna, Sylhet

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans for the entire region to meet revenue and growth targets.
  • Lead, mentor, and monitor a team of Area Sales Managers (ASM), Territory Sales Managers (TSM), and field sales staff.
  • Build and maintain a strong distributor and retail network across all districts within the region.
  • Monitor regional sales performance, market trends, and competitor activity; take corrective actions as needed.
  • Ensure proper execution of marketing campaigns, trade promotions, and new product rollouts.
  • Coordinate with supply chain, trade marketing, and finance departments to support sales operations.
  • Conduct periodic market visits, distributor meetings, and sales reviews to ensure high performance.
  • Prepare and present regional business reports to the National Sales Head / Head of Sales.
