Job Context:
∎ Godrej Household Products (BD) Pvt. Ltd. a subsidiary of Godrej Consumer Products India Ltd. (A top performing MNC across globe) engaged in sales and manufacturing of FMCG products like- Goodknight, Godrej Expert Hair color, HIT aerosol, Godrej No. 1 soap, Ezee, AER and many more.
∎ We are currently looking for dynamic, energetic, result oriented personnel, having relevant FMCG experience for TSE positions.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To achieve all targets (volume, value, distribution, visibility etc.) for designated area.
∎ Manage a large number of distributors.
∎ Setting the target, managing the SO & distributors and achieve the same with the help of team.
∎ Review the achievement on daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly basis and implementing effective ways of working to improve the sales.
∎ Able to prioritize things in a multi-tasking environment.
∎ Effective implementation of trade marketing activities for sufficient/optimum lifting the sales in his area.
∎ Monitor and report on market and competitor activities and provide relevant reports and information.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Strong sales exposure, with prior supervisory experience in the consumer products market.
∎ Able to get along with others and be a team player.
∎ Excellent communication skills.
∎ Self-motivated and willing to travel frequently.
∎ Well conversant in E-mail, Microsoft Word, MS Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint.
∎ Positive attitude to work under pressure and should be a target driven person.
∎ Willing to work anywhere in Bangladesh.
