Responsibilities & Context:
Conduct outbound calls to USA-based prospects for MCA campaigns and generate qualified leads
Handle inbound inquiries and convert prospects into successful deals
Clearly present financial products/services and close sales effectively
Maintain high-quality English communication with professionalism and persuasion
Follow up with leads, manage objections, and build strong client relationships
Achieve KPI targets and update CRM accurately with call outcomes and customer data
