Specific Requirements

• Conduct outbound calls to international customers and introduce them to our training programs.

• Strong vocabulary in understanding and speaking English language

• Listen to clients` career requirement, offering personalized recommendations and assistance.

•  Provide detailed information about our training programs and suggest the best suitable program for their career development.

• Close sales deals by effectively communicating the value of our services and addressing any concerns or objections.

• Maintain accurate records of all sales interactions and customer information in the CRM system.

• Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.

• Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and courteous manner, striving to achieve customer satisfaction.

• Meet or exceed sales targets and key performance indicators set by the company. Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.

• The position will report to the Head of sales located at our India Headquarters.

Desirable Requirements

• Call center /Banking sales experience will be more preferable.
