• The applicants should have experience in selling through Phone calls.

• Specific Requirements

  ·       Conduct outbound calls to international customers and introduce them to our training programs.

  ·       Strong vocabulary in understanding and speaking English language

  ·       Listen to clients` career requirement, offering personalized recommendations and assistance.

  ·       Provide detailed information about our training programs and suggest the best suitable program for their career development.

  ·       Close sales deals by effectively communicating the value of our services and addressing any concerns or objections.

  ·       Maintain accurate records of all sales interactions and customer information in the CRM system.

  ·       Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.

  ·       Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and courteous manner, striving to achieve customer satisfaction.

  ·       Meet or exceed sales targets and key performance indicators set by the company. Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.

  ·       The position will report to the Head of sales located at our India Headquarters.

  Desirable Requirements

  ·       Call center /Banking sales experience will be more preferable.
