∎ Handmade soap , Shampoo, Shawer gel and others cosmatics production technology ( Machine Parts & Repairing Knowledge) . English and Chinese interpreter are preferable .

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Overseeing mechanical teams, ensuring work is completed on time and meets quality standards.Assigning tasks and monitoring the performance of mechanics and technicians.Providing guidance, training, and support to workers.Planning & CoordinationCoordinating mechanical work with other departments (electrical, civil, etc.).Ensuring proper resource allocation (manpower, tools, materials).Reading and interpreting blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders.
∎ Enforcing workplace safety regulations and company policies.Ensuring workers use PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) and follow safe work practices.Conducting risk assessments and addressing potential hazards.
∎ Supervising the installation, repair, and maintenance of mechanical systems and equipment.Diagnosing mechanical issues and providing solutions.Ensuring preventive maintenance schedules are followed.
∎ Quality Control & InspectionChecking work to ensure compliance with project specifications and industry standards.Conducting inspections and ensuring proper documentation of mechanical work.Testing equipment and systems after installation or repairs.
∎ Reporting & DocumentationKeeping records of work progress, materials used, and workforce activities.Preparing reports for management on completed tasks and any issues encountered.
∎ Ensuring all work complies with company policies and legal requirements.Problem-Solving & Decision MakingResolving technical and operational challenges efficiently.Making quick decisions in case of equipment failure or work delays
∎ Supervision & Leadership
