Responsibilities & Context:
- Installation & Setup GPS trackers in vehicles and on premises and on various locations.
- Ensure proper alignment, connectivity, and calibration of all devices.
- Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Conduct regular maintenance to ensure systems are functioning correctly.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to GPS tracking.
- Configure tracking and monitoring software according to client specifications.
- Maintain records of installations, configurations, and maintenance activities.
- Prepare reports on system performance and provide recommendations for improvements.
