Job Location: API Industrial Park, Gazaria, Munshiganj.
Core Responsibilities:
Check lifts regularly (daily/weekly) to ensure proper function, speed, noise level, temperature, and power supply.
Perform scheduled maintenance such as cleaning, lubrication, and replacing worn parts to keep lifts safe and operational.
Repair mechanical, electrical, and electronic issues using proper tools and techniques.
Conduct safety checks and tests to identify and prevent possible risks.
Respond quickly to emergencies, including helping people trapped in lifts.
Diagnose and fix complex problems in mechanical, electrical, and control systems.
Keep knowledge updated on lift technology by attending training and reviewing manuals and diagrams.
