∎ SSC, HSC, Diploma in Computer

Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): brodband, Computer Operating, ISP related work, ISP Tech Support, Telecommunication or ISP field work

Job Responsibilities:
∎ LAN, WAN, Internet and data system support should be provided.
∎ Must know the working of Cat5 Cable connectivity.
∎ Fiber cable splicing should be done with splicer machine.
∎ Configure & Installation MikroTik, Access Point, WiFI Router, Switch, etc.
∎ Remote network and mail related support should be provided.
∎ Must Know The Working Off Commuter Operator Work.
∎ Providing technical support on-site and over-phone to customers regarding Network and Internet links, Service Usage and related issues.
∎ Troubleshoot relating to the hardware & software.
∎ Maintain of Network links, New Users, task details, equipment/ accessory details etc.

∎ Age 18 to 30 years
