∎ Vacancy: 01 for Barguna (Frequent field visit both Barguna & Bhola)
∎ South Asia Partnership-Bangladesh (SAP-Bangladesh) invites application for the position of Technical Specialist-Skills & Opportunities for Youth Employment and Entrepreneurship-SOYEE from the potential Bangladeshi nationals for implementing "Sponsorship Program" in Barguna and Bhola Sadar Upazila for 12 months with possibility of further extension.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervise the SOYEE team, assign objectives, and regularly assess the quality of their work.
∎ Develop and implement capacity-building plans for the SOYEE team, ensuring proper training and adherence to the process.
∎ Organize meetings and workshops with different stakeholders to strengthen employability skills for girls and young people or SOYEE participants.
∎ Monitor the self and wage employment status of target individuals and ensure support from families and communities
∎ Establish and maintain partnerships with local businesses, government agencies, NGOs, and
∎ Community organizations to expand job placement opportunities.
∎ Ensure access to resources and government-non-government support services. Facilitate access to employability opportunities for young women, including information on technical, work readiness, and soft skills development and application processes.
∎ Maintain effective contact and information exchange with potential employers, youth, and local government institutions.
∎ Prepare Guidelines, tools, meeting notes, and training manuals to use to reach project outcomes.
∎ Prepare periodic and annual progress reports on SOYEE activities, including gender
∎ Transformative change stories for donor requirements.
∎ Support the Manager, and SOYEE technical team for the own organization and plan internationally in developing annual plans and budgets for SOYEE interventions.
∎ Support Job placement officer in maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of job placements, including participant profiles, employment outcomes, and employer feedback
∎ Analyze internal and external environments affecting program/project implementation and take appropriate measures.
∎ Any other task will be accomplished assign by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Minimum of 5 years of experience in youth employment, economic empowerment, or related fields.
∎ Strong experience in capacity building and mentoring.
∎ Knowledge of youth development, employability skills, and gender-transformative approaches.
∎ Familiarity with relevant legislation, policies, and procedures related to youth employment and empowerment.
∎ Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
∎ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify needs and develop appropriate strategies.
∎ Proven ability to coordinate and collaborate with multiple agencies and partners.
∎ Experience in preparing reports and managing budgets.
∎ Strong organizational and time management skills to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks.
∎ Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
∎ Proficient in using computer applications and software relevant to the job.

Salary: Tk. 41973 (Monthly)
