∎ Proven experience in technical sales, preferably in the detergent enzymes or detergent industry.
∎ Strong understanding of the Bangladesh market dynamics.
∎ Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
∎ Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
∎ Technical knowledge of detergent industry, the process involved & the ingredients and their applications in detergent segment.
∎ Sales strategy and execution.
∎ Client relationship management.
∎ Market analysis and forecasting.
∎ Team collaboration and leadership.
∎ Skills:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Provide in-depth technical knowledge of detergent enzymes to clients and stakeholders.
∎ Collaborate with R&D teams to ensure product offerings meet customer requirements.
∎ Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and market share targets.
∎ Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive positioning.
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, offering technical support and solutions.
∎ Conduct technical presentations and demonstrations to showcase product benefits.
∎ Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the detergent enzymes market.
∎ Expand the customer base through networking, trade shows, and industry events.
∎ Work closely with sales, marketing, and technical teams to align efforts and achieve goals.
∎ Provide training and support to the team on technical aspects of the products.
∎ Prepare detailed sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis for management.
∎ Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies as needed.
