Job Context:
∎ South Asia Partnership-Bangladesh (SAP-Bangladesh) invites application for the position of Technical Officer-YEE from the potential Bangladeshi nationals for implementing "Girls Get Equal: An integrated approach to end Child, Early and Forced Marriage" for 5 years with possibility of further extension.
∎ Report to: Project Manager.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide technical assistance to the Field Facilitators for implementation of field level interventions.
∎ Ensure quality of interventions through regular field visit towards improvement of the socio-economic circumstances of target beneficiaries with a particular focus on skills development, self/wage employment in decent jobs.
∎ Monitor and ensure appropriate utilization of budget under YEE component of project.
∎ Prepare and timely submission of reports and necessary documentation on implementation of YEE activities.
∎ Build capacity of Field Facilitators on technical aspects of YEE as well as community mobilization.
∎ Organize and facilitate orientation, training and workshop for project.
∎ Ensure risk assessment and management plan for safeguarding children and young people and its application in all activities under YEE component.
∎ Establish and maintain functional and effective linkage with related GOs, NGOs, TVET institutes, MFIs and other stakeholders.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ At least 3 Years relevant experience in food security & livelihoods related project. Experience in vocational education and apprenticeship programs are preferred.
Salary:
∎ Gross Taka 29,538 per month (and yearly salary increment, two festival bonus per year etc. as per policy of the organization)
