Educational Requirements:
∎ Master's Degree preferably in Aquaculture / Fisheries.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Work together with the digital partners (The Right Kind and Arts) to design and develop an event management plan to aware the smallholders and private sectors, and local service providers on the digital app /platform to enhance the productivity and efficiency of aquaculture operations.
∎ Provide technical assistance and training to partner staff and stakeholders on using the app or the digital platform, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
∎ Test and evaluate the app's/digital platform's functionality and usability and provide client feedback and recommendations for improvement.
∎ Oversee the collection and analysis of data generated by the app/digital platform and use it to improve aquaculture production and efficiency.
∎ Engage with local communities, government agencies, and other stakeholders to promote the app's/digital platform's use and raise awareness of the benefits of digital technology in aquaculture.
∎ Prepare technical reports and other project documentation related to using the app and digital platform progress reports, and final reports.

Additional Requirements:
∎ This job is open to all applicants with the following skills and qualifications:
∎ At least 5 years of working experience in the area of aquaculture/fisheries management.
∎ Excellent analytical and technical skills and ability and willingness to work remotely and independently.
∎ Experience in conducting qualitative and mixed-methods research and ability to design and administer surveys using digital platforms (e.g., ODK).
∎ Proven English report and scientific writing skills.
∎ Excellent communication skills and training abilities with skills to represent the project in events.
∎ Strong interpersonal and team skills, with the ability to work with individuals from diverse backgrounds and cultures.
