Job Context:
∎ South Asia Partnership-Bangladesh (SAP-Bangladesh) invites application for the position of Technical Officer-SRHR from the potential Bangladeshi nationals for implementing "Bangladesh - Girls Get Equal: Preventing Child, Early and Forced Marriage Project" in Barguna Sadar Upazila for 3 years with possibility of further extension.
∎ Report to: Project Manager
∎ Job Location: Barguna Sadar

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide technical support to the project activities (school/madrasha selection, Teacher selection, GEMS session, champion of change activities, Child protection etc.) at field level.
∎ Organize and provide different types of training (GEMS, SRHR, CSE, CoC ) for the field level staffs, secondary school/madrasha teacher
∎ Provide support to field facilitator for developing their training plan and implement accordingly.
∎ Technical support to school/madrasha, SMC for organizing different events (debate/quiz competition, cultural activities, day observation, SRHR campaign etc)
∎ Provide training to OOSC adolescent peer leaders, project Field Facilitator on integrated OOSC adolescent training package.
∎ Keeping liaison with GO, NGO and other stakeholder.
∎ Facilitate to implement monitoring process of the project.
∎ Collect and documentation of success stories from filed level.
∎ Progress monitoring through regular field visits.
∎ Prepare progress report.
∎ Work as the child protection focal point for keeping children safe during project implementation.
∎ Prepared risk assessment during project implementation.
∎ Facilitate union coordinators for safeguarding resource mapping.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Experience Requirements: Minimum 03 years' experience in relevant field. Experience in working with secondary schools, children and youth, youth club, SRHR, GE

Salary:
∎ Gross Taka 30749 per month (and two festival bonus per year as per policy of the organization)
