∎ South Asia Partnership-Bangladesh (SAP-Bangladesh) invites application for the position of Technical Officer- Skills & Opportunities for Youth Employment and Entrepreneurship-SOYEE from the potential Bangladeshi nationals for implementing "Integrated Sponsorship Funded Program" in Barguna and Bhola Sadar Upazila for 12 months with possibility of further extension.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide technical assistance to the Field Facilitators for the implementation of field-level interventions.
∎ Ensure quality of interventions through regular field visits towards the improvement of the socio-economic circumstances of target beneficiaries with a particular focus on skills development, and self/wage employment in decent jobs.
∎ Monitor and ensure appropriate utilization of budget under the YEE component of the project.
∎ Prepare and timely submission of reports and necessary documentation on the implementation of YEE activities.
∎ Build capacity of Field Facilitators on technical aspects of YEE as well as community mobilization.
∎ Organize and facilitate orientation, training, and workshop for the project.
∎ Ensure risk assessment and management plan for safeguarding children and young people and its application in all activities under the YEE component.
∎ Establish and maintain functional and effective linkage with related GOs, NGOs, TVET institutes, MFIs, and other stakeholders.
∎ Able to device base data collection & reporting.
∎ Able to use computer as MS Office.
∎ Any other task will be accomplished assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ At least 2-3 years relevant working experiences in food security & livelihoods-related project. Experience in vocational education and apprenticeship programs is preferred.
Salary:
∎ Tk. 27891 (Monthly)
∎ Gross Taka 27,891 per month (and yearly salary increment, two festival bonus per year etc. as per policy of the organization)
