∎ South Asia Partnership-Bangladesh (SAP-Bangladesh) invites application for the position of Technical Officer- GRPISP from the potential Bangladeshi nationals for implementing “Gender Transformative parenting under Innovation Sprint Project”, in Barguna Sadar Upazila for 7 months with possibility of further extension.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Planning and implementation of the project interventions in the assigned working area in a qualitative and timely manner.
∎ Prepare monthly & quarterly activity plan.
∎ Reporting and documentation as required.
∎ Deliver for innovation sprint project reporting
∎ Manage (06-12) community volunteer and develop their professional capacities.
∎ Monitor/supervise program interventions and report to line management.
∎ Works with local government structure (Up to Upazila level) and key community groups for building their capacity and resource mobilization.
∎ Ensures gender, children and youth safeguarding policy compliances in implementing programs.
∎ Ensure different baseline, mid-term and end-line survey and involve with different action research.
∎ To build strong relationship with community, civil society, GoB officials and institution (UP to Upazila level)
∎ Assist Union Mobilizer to implement project activities smoothly.
∎ Able to device base data collection & reporting.
∎ Able to use computer as MS Office.
∎ Any other task will be accomplished assigned by the management.
∎ Prepare monthly and quarterly planning project planning.
∎ Prepare Training schedule and conduct training for staff and community level stakeholders.
∎ Prepare event repo, Monthly reports, and, quarterly reports.
∎ Other responsibilities are given by the Project Coordinator.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ At least 2-3 years relevant working experiences related projects in NGOs.

Salary:
∎ Gross Taka 30,000 per month (and yearly salary increment, two festival bonus per year etc. as per policy of the organization)
