Job Context:
∎ South Asia Partnership-Bangladesh (SAP-Bangladesh) invites application for the position of Technical Officer-Educationfrom the potential Bangladeshi nationals for implementing "School Under Tree Project" in Bhola Sadar & Barguna Sadar Upazila for 1 year with possibility of further extension.
∎ Job Location: Bhola & Barguna Sadar Upazila
∎ Report to: Project Manager
∎ Vacancy: 01 for Bhola & 01 for Barguna
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Deliver formal (primary to secondary) education contents in a alterative modality (non-formal)for sponsorship children who are at school but can't attend due to long-time school vacant.
∎ Enhance grade-wise educational competencies along-with safeguarding, COVID-19 & Hygiene awareness education for the sponsorship children and their families.
∎ Manage 12-14 supervisees (Community Facilitators) and develop their professional capacities.
∎ Ensures sponsored children are covered by educational interventions for complying with sponsorship commitments.
∎ Monitor/supervise program interventions and report to line management.
∎ Works with local government structure (Up to Upazila level) and key community groups for building their capacity and resource mobilization.
∎ Ensures gender, children and youth safeguarding policy compliances in implementing programs.
∎ Ensure different baseline, mid-term and end-line survey and involve with different action research.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ At least 3 years of experiences in implementing formal & non-formal education project
Salary:
∎ Gross Taka 30,000 per month (and two festival bonus per year as per policy of the organization)
