Job Context:
∎ Report to: Project Manager
∎ South Asia Partnership-Bangladesh (SAP-Bangladesh) invites application for the position of Technical Officer-Education from the potential Bangladeshi nationals for implementing Bangladesh-Girls Get Equal: Preventing Child, Early and Forced Marriage Project for 2 years with possibility of further extension.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To develop Yearly Training Calendar and share with respective supervisor.
∎ To conduct training by him/herself and monitor/supervise the training of Field Facilitators.
∎ To design new training session plans and review existing training manuals.
∎ To monitor the learning centers, schools and share monitoring findings with the respective authorities or line management.
∎ To develop network with training/education based organization with similar nature and collect information which in the long run would help him develop training/education curriculum and module for the project.
∎ To conduct TNA for Teachers/volunteers/SMCs, UP Bodies and TO also develop the capacity of supervisees and others as per TNA.
∎ To coordinate with the other programs of Plan and other NGOs related with education.
∎ To manage education and project related events effectively and efficiently.
∎ To produce event reports within 5 days of event completion.
∎ Delivers formal (Secondary School Level) & non-formal (for out of school children) educational activities at community level.
∎ Ensures sponsored children are covered by educational interventions of education program for complying with sponsorship commitments.
∎ Monitor/supervise program interventions and report to line management.
∎ Works with local government structure (Up to Upazila level) and key community groups for building their capacity and resource mobilization.
∎ Ensures gender, children and youth safeguarding policy compliances in implementing programs.
∎ Ensure different baseline survey and involve with different research.
∎ He/she would carry out all tasks assigned by the Project Manager when and where required.
∎ Technical Officer will accountable to the Project manager.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
Salary: Tk. 30749 (Monthly)

∎ Two festival bonus per year as per policy of the organization.
