Job Context:
∎ South Asia Partnership-Bangladesh (SAP-Bangladesh) invites application for the position of Technical Officer-Education from the potential Bangladeshi nationals for implementing "Integrated Sponsorship Funded Program" in Bhola Sadar Upazila for 12 months with possibility of further extension.
∎ Report to: Program Manager
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop Yearly Training Calendar and share with respective supervisor.
∎ Conduct training by her/himself and monitor/supervise the training of Program Organizer.
∎ Developing training monitoring tools.
∎ Design new training session plans and review existing training manuals.
∎ Monitor the learning centers, schools and share monitoring findings with the respective authorities or line management.
∎ Develop network with training/education based organization with similar nature and collect information which in the long run would help her/him to develop training/education curriculum and module for the project.
∎ Conduct TNA for Teachers/volunteers/caregivers, SMCs, UP Bodies and PO also develop the capacity of supervisees and others as per TNA.
∎ Coordinate with other programs of Plan International Bangladesh and other NGOs related to education.
∎ Manage education and project related events effectively and efficiently.
∎ Produce event reports within 5 days of event completion.
∎ She/he would carry out all tasks assigned by the Project Coordinator when and where required.
∎ Keep reporting on time to the supervisor.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ At least 02 years relevant working experiences in education related projects in NGOs.
∎ Good communication skills both in Bengali and English.
∎ Computer skills in MS Office especially in MS Word, MS Excel and MS Power Point.
∎ Familiar with GOB health system.
∎ Should have the quality to ride motor bike and have valid driving license
∎ Willingness to work in remote areas
∎ Working experience with district level government departments, NGOs, different public and private service providers and building network/ linkage/collaboration.
∎ Self-motivated, proactive and quick starter.
Salary:
∎ Gross Taka 25,000.00 per month and 2 Festival Bonus
