Educational Requirements:
∎ Master in Social Science (Degree in Education will be preferred)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Planning and implementation of the project interventions in the assigned working area in a qualitative and timely manner.
∎ Prepare monthly & quarterly activity plan.
∎ Identify beneficiaries and compile data for documentation.
∎ Accomplish home/household visit for smooth running the program.
∎ Provide technical support to the union mobilizer for achieving their target activities with qualities.
∎ To build up strong relationship with GoB officials/representatives and institutions for smooth running the program.
∎ Regular follow up and visit SBK.
∎ Reporting and documentation as Case Story, Monthly & Quarterly quantitative and narrative report and submission in time.
∎ Organize & conduct different types of education related meeting, training, orientation & workshop.
∎ Ensure learning materials for SBK learners.
∎ Organize & accomplish training for Early Grade Adolescent Girls as Educator by the support of Union Mobilizer.
∎ Assessment for distributing stipend for Early Grade Educator (Regular Students).
∎ Assist Union Mobilizer to accomplish Basic Training for parenting facilitators including Pre-primary School Teacher (5 days training for old facilitators) 10-15 mothers per group.
∎ Assist Union Mobilizer for clear concept of Daylong Academic Session for Early Grade Adolescent Girls as Educator.
∎ Ensuring implementation of project activities through effective community mobilization.
∎ Comply with safe guarding policy for children and young people.
∎ Consider gender equality in organizing every program or activity in the community.
∎ Support for financial & logistic management.
∎ Any other task will be accomplished assign by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ At least 3 years of experiences in implementing formal & non-formal education project
Salary:
∎ Gross Taka 27,891/= per month during probation period that may be increased after confirmation (and two festival bonuses per year as per policy of the organization)
